Wet your hand under the faucet. "Wipe" the cookie sheets with your wet hand. Rewet your hand for the second pan. Apply parchment paper and it will stick!

With paper lay the curlside down on pan. Makes it so much easier 😆 I found out

Another trick to keep the parchment from rolling up, is a few sprinkles of high-grade cooking oil such as grape seed oil. GSO has a very high smoke-point and will not effect the baking. A small bottle will cost only a couple of (units of your local currency) and will last a very long time. In my case, a small bottle only lasts a few months as I use it for everything. It is, also, well suited for seasoning cast iron cookware as through just simple use, creates a fabulous protective coating.

Hi Timothy! Wow I love that tip and grapeseed oil is my favorite neutral vegetable oil for cooking/baking so I always have a ton on hand. I also use it for my cast iron! Thanks for saying hi and sharing the recommendation! 😎

GSO is not actually healthy, its bitter to use Coconut oil as it's cheaper that olive oil. Bug thank you for the tip!

I wish you would have talked during this one or added your voice afterwards. No one likes to read on a video. I love reading stories but that’s not what I expect on KZbin. Thanks for the video!
