Good evening! Yesterday I saw this wonderful video for the first time. I have been baking bread for 3 years. When I saw this great result, I ordered the Combi today. Such a beautiful bread. If you have a recipe that you like using wholemeal, you certainly can use the same cooking directions. Making bread with whole wheat flours is a little different so it isn't just going to be a 1:1 substitute of the flour.

If you have a bread machine just put in on the dough setting!!! You get your first rise that way too!!

I've been making homemade sourdough for several months, but the kids don't like the texture or taste. I'm going to try this one in my Combi today. I have lots of bread flour. Can I use that in place of All Purpose, or will it affect tve texture?

Bread flour may make it a little chewier and you might find you need more liquid, but you can use it.
