-For the dough:
-1 cup lukewarm water
-3 tbsp sugar
-1 tbsp active dry yeast
-4 tbsp powder milk
-3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/4 cup melted butter
For the Frosting:
-nutella chocolate
-powdered sugar
butter and fresh milk
rainbow sprinkle
granulated sugar
