You did a good job. Arches high enough, no overblow. Longbell, nice deep steamboat chord, very pretty.

Thanks to you...It sounds much better in the original. The recording is quite overdriven. Now all I need is a steamboat and a captain's license for the Ol' Man River :-)

What was the hardest part? Im wanting to make one myself, currently building a foundry so i can cast stuff. Was thinking of casting the bowl out of brass, then fabricating the bell out of sheet steel

Nice job. I like the deep throated sound. Try it on 150 psi steam sometime. Check out my all 12 inch chimes posting and hear what they sound like on full power.
