Strawberry jam
What you'll need:
1 kg 🍓 Strawberries
1 kg of granulated sugar
one lemon
A teaspoon of lemon salt
A teaspoon of butter
Preparation
After washing 1 kg of strawberries, we put them in sugar as I show you in the video. We wait for three to 4 hours. After we put it on the stove and we start cooking, we add the butter in the seventh minute. It boils for 10 minutes in total. We take the strawberry out of the pan with the help of a colander. We add the citric acid and continue cooking the juice of the strawberry for half an hour at low heat. We check the consistency and add the strawberries back to the pot again. We add the lemon juice and pour it on the jam, it boils for another 10 minutes on low heat. We check the consistency, if it is flowy, continue to boil on low heat until it thickens. Then, we put the pan in cold water until it thickens, so that it cools quickly, in order to preserve the beautiful colour of our jam.
After our jam has completely cooled in its pot, we put it in jars and keep it in the refrigerator, it becomes a very good jam, I hope you and your loved ones will have delicacies on your table.

I prepared the jam without foaming.
If you say it has too much sugar, you can use 800 g of sugar for 1 kg of strawberries.
