Your video is terrific! It's obvious you spent a lot of time and attention to detail in making your video as you do with your table saw guide. You're clearly a fan of countersinking your screw holes. It was epic in that you also did that on the washers. I'm looking forward to building this guide using your approach as inspiration.

@@Mr.O.C.D Very nice work on the video. This appears to be a wood implementation of a metal machining with table design. However, I see one issue that could be fixed with a slight change in the concept. Your slide is open from the top. It looks like it would allow saw dust to fall into the top, which would require difficult cleaning constantly. The bevelled slide works well as long as it stays free of dust (metal dust in the case of a machine table). On a vertical mill, these slides are completely covered by the table surface, so dust does not enter. In your application, since the slide must be outside that shelter, you could revise the design do that the open part faces downward rather than upward, since dust can't fall up.. This change alone should greatly reduced the frequency of needed cleanings. Further, since it now faces downward, a protective shield could be added to reduce the finer airborne entering the slide, and thus the need for cleanings even more. I hope you like my suggestion. Thanks for the great video.
