After pregnancy, I noticed my hairfall but I remained calm. I took action to remedy it. I chose a health-centered strategy. I prioritized my nutrition, having nutrient-rich foods, especially rich in Folic Acid and Protein. I exercised daily and engaged in meditation for stress management. Mine hair fall has reduced and I'm having new hair growth because of these steps: 1. oil once or twice a week and let it stay on for at least 1 hour. 2. Shampoo your hair twice/once a week and condition accordingly. 3. Use reactivaate serum serum of littlelextraa everyday. 4. Always trim your hair at a specific period, e.g., once a month or twice. 5. Don't look at your hair for weeks and so. 6. Don't take any stress.
