If you’re talking about product tracking, they’re basically computer algorithms that track which you watch and then they suggest products. My father used to work for IBM years ago and I believe he did something with the original scanners for the grocery stores and computer programs but he’s been gone for a long time so I can’t exactly ask him I wish I could.
