The word Mukhwas means Mouth Freshener. But it just not freshen up your mouth only but also helps to digest food easily. I eat Mukhwas few times a day and I find it so helpful in managing weight even.
Mukhwas is mix of healthy roasted seeds such as Fennel, Sesame, Dill, Carom, Flax and many others. Once you start consuming them on daily basis, you will notice a big difference in your health.

I love this! Thank you so much! I love all of your videos, esp the traditional recipes. I am second generation in USA but LOVE traditional gujarati dishes, so I use your channel all the time for my fix :) Can you please make a video on how to make the indian drink with jeeru in club soda (not really sure what it is)? I don't know what its called, but would love to learn!

Love seeing you mother in law. Would love to see her join and teach with you sometimes. Best way to learn is from a parent... I chew fennel seeds often just because they taste good.. did not realize I was doing something good for myself.

***** Now that you know, chew more! Raw fennel needs to chewed a lot but roasted ones are pleasant to chew.

San Gau Hello San, Mukhwas stays great up to 6 months in a air tight container. Keep then container in a cool dry place. I will sure try to share more. Thanx.

Bhavna, i just made this delicious mix and i like it. I also added cardamom powder but of course it goes to the bottom. Can i use cardamom seeds? So wel, do i need to roaste it? Thanks a lot for your videos, i enjoy them. I like your beauty section also and i go to deep myself your other videos. 😁

Pocono Prepper Once Mukhwas cools down completely, store in a air tight container and place container in a cool dry place. I usually take out small amount for everyday in a small container since I always make in bulk.

Everything first is homemade so don't worry to try market things. If you add some already have in market just menthol ,sweet gooseberry,some flowers essence etc then it's amazing. Simple reason of homemade is organic.

Only a few poppybreeds are potent enough to be used as opiates. The commercial poppy seeds you can buy in stores does not contain opioide substance. The flax seeds althogh is another matter. Very good for digestion if swallowed whole, but if you chew them you will release the cyanide that are in this, same substance that was used during war as zyklon-b... appleseeds and bitter almond does also contain cyanide. Its not a problem if you eat it with moderation.

+many took yes candy coated anything is tricky, although i am now pretty good at candy coated pecans. one has to work fast because it it very hot and cam burn, but it is very neat how maple syrup works well to coat and it hardens, really sticks to the nuts when you fry them.
