Whole wheat bread made using only whole wheat flour.
Follow the recipe to make bread at home.
Adding egg is purely optional.
Follow the same recipe without egg to make eggless whole wheat bread.
Tips to get perfect and soft bread:
1. Kneading the bread for 10 minutes gives a soft bread like commercial breads. Dont skip kneading.
2. Use good yeast to rise up.
3. 1st proofing should be done until the dough rises up .
If the place is cold, keep it inside oven .
4. 2nd proofing should be done when the dough rises nearly to the bread tin.
5. There is a chance of bread top getting more brown soon when baking.In that case, cover it with a aluminium foil and cook till the mentioned time.
6. Once the loaf is taken from the oven, immediately apply butter to the bread and leave it to cool slightly.
7. After 10 minutes, demould the loaf from the tin and place it on a wire rack and cover with a cloth. If not removed from tin ,the base of the bread will leave out water and turns soggy.
8. Slice only when the bread cools completely.
