I've seen many prismatic builds that they sandwich all the 4 cells together without an air gap which is a flaw but you used some spacer that really good

You should leave a gap in between, you should compress the cells with 30KG on the sides.

It very helpful Video , one doubt I have is , can we connect this 12V 7AH LITHIUM Battery to my home INVERTER which is now running with 12 Volt 150AH ? Is it safe ? Do we have to validate more details like charging current of is there is SPD , DPD etc ?

Never attach Bms directly to the battery as BMS also generates lot of heat and Daly BMS has heat sinks behind which can get really hot under heavy loads or while charging.

Great job , But the normal lead acid inverter doesn't provide enough voltage for the lifepo4 (14.4 v ) to full charge it . Any way to adjust the charging voltage from inverter?

They provide 14.4V and i tested it so many times, and lifepo4 are similar as lead acid because they charge at 14.4v but remains at 13.6V Also some inverters have voltage adjusters

That inverters' charging profile is set for lead acid battery. It will not be able to charge and discharge lithium battery effectively due to difference in charging profiles.
