Ash tree Single Bed with Storage Drawers

In this video I make a full size bed (1900mm by 900 mm) for my son's room. I used four ash tree boards for the bed and some pine tree boards for the drawers sides.
I worked mostly in the evenings for 2 weeks. It’s been a laborious
project, but I got a great bed. I am happy how it turned out.

Your craftsmanship is amazing! I love how you cut out the wood at 5:20 to cut off only a little bit of bark and at the same time create an irregular look which is beautiful. You create beautiful furniture with simple tools and it has a touch of something fairytale-like with the rounded edges and the router detail on the drawer front. WOW! It's about all I can say. This is a labor of love and dedication. No other way to put it. The workmanship, fit and finish is phenominally executed! I'm 62, some day I hope to achieve this level. My father did things and made things that I cherish to this day. I have my paternal grandfathers carpenters hand box of tools and have my maternal grandfathers work bench he made in high school. I'll cherish them as long as I live. I hope your children appreciate what you make for them as well!
