Hi you made me hungry for Mexican food lol. I had to search a little here in Poland to find all the ingredients but I made refried beans with some cumin and garlic. I put them in a flour tortilla with shredded cheese and sour cream and ate some tortilla chips with queso on the side. It was so good. I am from Texas originally and grew up eating delicious foods from Mexico.

I was going to clean my house today. I ended up doing a load of laundry and cleaned the bedrooms. The rest of the house will be cleaned tomorrow. I'll be going to Mass and then relaxing on New Year's Day. I'm also going to start reading "The Bible In A Year" I bought myself a new Bible (of the same name). All of the days are laid out like a devotional and divided to cover the entire Bible in 365 days! I read one day already to see how long each day will take, and it's only about 7 minutes!
