🔥 Seen green and dark green. Black concrete? Never saw that. To even think it could even get that dark. Change your mood coming to and leaving the house. Lifted my spirit just seeing the before and after. Can't imagine what that does to an owner on a daily basis. Great job and channel, keep doing what you do. Fulfillment in life isn't measured at the end of the day by what you accumulate. It's measured by the number of lives you have changed while you were alive. Great example. 🙏🏽

It never fails to amaze me how massive houses and gardens are in the US, a house this size would cost me £600K ($728K) 😲 Excellent to see a collab, you both worked so hard and the results are magical ✨️

It's not THAT big to be honest. It's a decent sized house, but this is just a little bit over average sized. Normal houses usually are about 700-2000 sq feet and they usually range (depending on where you are in the country e.g. cities are going to be WAY more expensive) between 40k for a fixer upper (which are usually bought by handymen to flip) to 250k for a upper middle income sized house. The true value is the land around it. Some yards are MASSIVE. My grandpa had 30 acres when he died and he used every bit of it for every sort of crop he could and gave the food out to our family because he needed something to keep him occupied after grandma died.

The flyover country makes housing cheap because we produce the wood, and most of the materials that go into building the houses. Lumber is f-ing horrifyingly expensive these days though. That's why I said the cities primarily are going to be way more. Some more suburban areas as well but they tend to be exclusive which will drive prices through the roof too. A commoner house though will usually go for 30-200k depending on the sq ft., the design, the materials, and the condition of the house itself also dependent on accompanying land.
