Congratulations Charlene 👏👏👏. NHT need fi stop with this fake PR thou. Unuh need fi understand that not everybody have parents who can donate points to them. Some parents had lands and house handed down to them. No young person themselves ago have over 400 or 500 points to qualify for these homes. If Charlene never had a parent who gave her points she would have had no chance. Stop sell the people them dreams because unless you work for over 25 years or have a parents with points you will not benefit from having a scheme home.

What if you have parents who do not have points. They worked and build their own home. Does that mean you will never be selected?

It,s true i paid $3,500 +150,000.00 and i joined with my son who is living overseas...2 months after i started paying morgage...i love the house and i'm enjoying it.

I have yet to benefit from NHT in the past I use to go there frequently but I did not get any help from them yet and I told them I will not co-applicant with anyone i want to do it by myself
