Reminds me of that one time that Homer and Bart are in charge of a carnival game and Chief Wiggum is trying to shut them down while also not-so-subtly trying to hint that he will accept bribes. After several failed attempts and a few seconds of confused silence (like in the video), Homer simply responds "It's a ring toss game."

It's funny because the guy isn't going to find anything closer to an African elephant than Stampy in Springfield, USA. It's not like they're in Botswana, Tanzania, or Kenya, where there are loads of African elephants roaming the wild to choose from (those 3 African countries have the most savanna safari wildlife (elephants, lions, hippos, giraffes, zebras, etc.) from what I've read). But yeah, lol, I get the joke here because there are always those managers you get job interviews with who see that you're just the right fit for the job description, yet still say you're not quite who they're looking for.
