My wife called me earlier to tell me. The entire family now is devastated! I’m also a trucker, these guys taught me how to drive tractor trailer. All the cousins and most of the uncles are truckers. This saddens and scares me.

route 3 used to be like 50 ft further from those houses, they widened the road cause of all the traffic in that area. I always thought it was weird how they put that sound barrier right next to peoples yards! sketchy!

Most of the houses in that neighborhood look like they were constructed in the 50s. I'll bet that road was expanded several times since the houses were constructed.

And what if the house was there before the highway? What if the highway was once a road with one lane going each way? This highway was widened several times after these houses were built. If jumping to conclusions were an Olympic sport, you'd be a gold medalist.

Hazmat hauler. Corrosive AND flammable placards , that's why the siding it melted, its not just the heat, there are some BAD chemicals in the air there, bad for the lungs and environment and as you see the smoke on the storm drain.. this accident is horrible. I don't think the driver survived that one. R.I.P to the driver and condolences to his family. A 4 wheeler probably cut him off and caused all this.. what a shame :(

My friends son was in a Nj transit bus the tractor trailer rear ended the bus then went into the barrier bus was safely exited with no injuries it was the trucks fault

It looks like the tractor trailer was carrying a number of waste fuel tanks inside of the cargo box because there are a number of extra tanks in the debri!!!😎🤓🥸🤠
