What happened to the homes in Vegas, this home is basic as hell but yet they are asking $900K, this home shouldn't be no more than $500k. Kitchen was small, master was nothing special, all basic fixtures and bathrooms everywhere. People need to stop being stupid. Don't buy these crappy homes.

What happened? High demand with low supply thanks to the overwhelming number of Californians moving to Vegas. Mix in a little inflation and boom this is what you get. Sadly the good times are gone 😭

in some municipalities, to be classified as an official "ADU" requires a full kitchen. Have not seen ANY lennar nextgen have a full kitchen (stove/dishwasher/). So its just a glorified casita/suite.
