Ganda ng Bahay, very dream house. For me lang the price is medyo mataas. mga 35M siguro, the best feature is the master bathroom Lalo na ung hiwalay cr Ng housewife at husband ,there's still privacy even kahit mag asawa na. Nice idea 😊

mataas pa din sa 35m yan.. magpagawa ka na lang ng layout sa architect.. then pagawa ka na lang ng ganyang design.. i dont think so na aabot ng 20 million (please take note kung cocomputin mo ang minimum amount of construction cost per sq meter sa pilipinas ay between 8k to 35k,, kahit na gawin nating 35k per square meter.. hindi sya aabot ng 20million:)) ang ganyang design... okay sana 45m kung wala ka man lang katabi na ibang bahay.. napansin ko may isang bahay na ginagawa sa gilid nya..masyadong dikit ehh..pero nice concept ang bahay.. gusto ko yung kitchen daming lalagyan.. ang sarap mag luto:)
