Maganda nman kase malaki ang garden may swimming pool pa pero parang ang daming sekreto ng bahay na ito. Ang hagdan nasa may garahe palaisipan nakikita mo sa living room ang second floor pero walang hagdan lalabas ka pa ulit ng garahe at andoon ang hagdan papunta sa mga kwarto.

Ang laki at ang ganda sana ng garden at pool area kaya lng ang pangit ng mga closet space.😂 Basta nalang mailagay mga shower eh wala sa lugar tapos puro sliding door. Hindi ito pinag isipan mabuti. Parang pinagsasalpak lng mga gamit eh. Tapos halatang sa pinterest lng pinagkukuha siguro ang inspiration per area ng house. Yung kitchen ang liit din. Ang laki ng bahay pero ang kitchen pang 4 na tao lng ang laki. Bongga staff house mo nka pool view bka akalain ng staffs mo nasa bakasyon sila lol. Honest opinion lng. Sana next time kung magppatayo kayo ng bahay, khit sabihin mong mura to sa selling price eh dapat kumuha nlng kayo ng magaling na architect. Mura nga kaso kung ganito, sinong bibili? I love the concept of having separated guest house. However, the Master bedroom and the stairs to the 2nd floor in the main house doesn't make sense. If someone like me will purchase the house, a lot of changes and refurnishing will be needed.

Na confuse ako sa bahay na ito? Bakit kailangan nsa labas yung hagdan papunta sa 2nd floor gayong ang luwag luwag pagpasok...yung masters bedroom nsa baba??? Asan ang privacy??? Ang walk in closet at T&B pinagsiksikan..yung kitchen ang liit..isolated lahat sa isa't-isa..di lang introverts ang mag eenjoy dito pati yung magkapamilyang ayaw magkita-kita 😅😅😅.. this is not ideal for a family to live-in..siguro pang air bnb within the metro pwede pa..

It would be reasonably and fairly priced if it falls in the range of 35-40M - the rest of the millions would be dedicated to fixing the small, strange and not functional spaces of the whole lay-out of the house...excessive sliding doors have created an old style appeal and it looked like more of corporate offices instead of a home...the stairs should be inside the house making use of the vast space of the living area, kitchen seems an afterthought nook which is actually the most important and major space in a home because every family always gathers in the kitchen...I would remove the bar area, make a pantry across it, then add a cozy nook for dining with cushioned customized seating attached to the wall of the pantry removing such an over-sized dining table ...even the laundry area which is one of the most needed sections in a house is questionably missing or not specifically assigned... there's so much to redo and renovate in this scattered spaces of a home that had it been intelligently thought of, this home could either the owner's forever haven or resell it more than its asking price...the seller should be more realistic considering the point of view of the (potential) buyer.
