Little Pilgrims Progress is SO beautiful! We are slowly making our way through it.

It really is so beautifully done! Can’t wait to read it with my girls! Keira is actually reading it independently right now. One of her assigned reads for her world history/literature class in the fall is The Pilgrim’s Progress, and I thought this would be a fun little bridge to that.

Just want to let you know how much I enjoy your channel. I think it's your upbeat personality. I've been homeschooling my children for 24 years and I remember I met a lot of people in the early years who acted like it was a big chore. Sure everyday isn't sunshine and rainbows, but for me they mostly were. I got to spend every day with the people I loved most. So when I find a mom who seems to understand how lucky we are it makes me so happy.😃

I am glad your back! I love watching your videos, especially the book hauls/reviews. I also love children’s literature and have gotten many ideas from your videos. We just read The Pilgrims Progress by Rousseaux Brasseur. I highly recommend it. It has beautiful illustrations and is written in poetic form. My son is ten and also loved it. Thank you for doing all these videos! ❤

We need that National Parks book! We love visiting national parks! If you are planning a trip, and you have a 4th grader, make sure you check out the Every Kid Outdoor program. It is a pass for 4th graders AND their families to get into national parks for free for the year.

I wish you lived in the south, there is a book store that has classic books for 50 cents or even as cheap as a nickel. Needless to say we love going there and reading lots of books 😂 thanks for the book haul, I’ll be checking some of them out!

Question how do you find out about the buy 2 get 1 free on Amazon? I always find out by just randomly being on Amazon looking at books (which I do often). I’m like you though, I don’t want a cheap book for free! So I maximize on it and get similarly priced books to get the biggest bang for my buck. Is there really any other way to do it? 😂
@TheHomeschoolConvert2 жыл бұрын
Randomly, as well. 😂 I try to keep my spidey senses out though, haha. I know they usually do one over the summer as I’m prepping for the school year, so I check weekly. I also have a wishlist on Amazon that I monitor regularly to see if prices have dropped or if there is some type of sale. Right now, there’s $5 off select $20 book purchases.
@WildBison742 жыл бұрын
@@TheHomeschoolConvert spidey senses 😂 lol I love that. I’ll keep checking weekly also. I do the same with the wish list! And the wish list makes it easier when they do the buy 2 get 1 free. You just go through the list and see what qualifies for the sale! Here’s to hoping they do one soon 🤞.
