Great tips…I have not only found things around my home to use as storage but after my candles have been used up I wash the glass and reuse them as decor or even for stationery such as binder clips, paper clips, crayons, pens, pencils, etc…of course, be mindful how old your child is❤️

For wooden puzzles, I use Velcro dots. Then when the puzzle is upset on accident, the pieces don’t fly all over. Just make sure to attach the soft Velcro side to the puzzle pieces and the scratchy side to where the piece goes on the board. Otherwise you’ll end up with puzzle pieces that stick to your carpet and rugs 😆
@mama-yael2 жыл бұрын
Oh, I LOVE that!!! So the puzzle is put together when it’s put away, right?

How to I get my kids not to touch these things while I work outside the home? They keep leaving the supplies a d tous all over the house!! Im having really difficult time to stay organized.
@mama-yael2 жыл бұрын
Hey mama! That’s a great question. How old are your kids? And what is your ideal vision for organization? I feel like staying organized is something we all struggle with especially when it comes to having little ones. Systems are so important. If you have a system, the daily chaos can be restored to order. And the system needs to work with your current situation.
@editname31452 жыл бұрын
@@mama-yael yes. They are 7,4,2 and 10 months old. My house is a chaos. I rarely find pencils or supplies we need because they touch everything. Crafts supplies dont last because they think they can just play randomly and lose them. Toys are in bins but once they play its hard to keep the house organized. Even classwork sheets and curriculum they touch it. Im thinking to just hide them.
@mama-yael2 жыл бұрын
@@editname3145 I hear you mama!! Honestly, there are many things I hide LOL. I have a whole closet full of arts and crafts supplies that are high up so they can't reach. Though, I must've missed a container of glitter because there was a glitter explosion in the basement yesterday. 🤦♀ I think boundaries are important to establish with supplies. I had to drill it into my kids, and again, there are just some things I simply cannot keep out for them. And some things they will always find a way to get into lol. When I recorded this video, my son was 1.5 years old and just starting to figure out how to climb up on chairs. Now that he is 2.5, he is climbing up the walls like spider-man so I've changed my systems. So...in short, boundaries, hide some things, and adapt to shifting circumstances by creating new systems.
