I loved this! This will be my 3rd year! I’ve changed curriculums so many times and now I’m back using what I started with and I’m okay with that! One thing I’ve changed is actually tracking their work and being more diligent in reading to my kids!

Sometimes the things we start with were always the best options! Reading aloud is so great, and an area that I always am trying to grow in.. thank you audible!☺️❤️

We only have one in “sports” as we are a sporty family and we surf together so swim and surf lessons can be done at those times or we can surf at different times to make it possible!!! Our local beach has a ocean pool where my 5 year old learns to swim!!! She loves watching us surf and we are close to the ocean so swimming is needed for her!!! We’ve changed our family moving time and I’m loving having kids who can do devotionals together. My youngest daughter has more bible story times!!! We didn’t start homeschool with morning time!!! We’ve changed math curriculums!!! When we started my 7 year old twins and 9 year old had planners but they didn’t use them now they are 12 and 15 they work independently and plan themselves!!! Our desks lasted a few months before they became dumping grounds and my kids asked for tables instead of desks for their bedrooms when we moved and I was fine with it!!!

I would LOVE to have beach access to surf, I think all of my kids would enjoy it. We hope to get a pool out on within the next year or so and we cannot wait to spend more time in the water! We are near an amazing river, but with the TX drought it’s not the best idea to swim in right now. Our kids definitely have a way showing us what they need and when.☺️❤️
