U should try gyarados, metagross, gardevoir in the master premier league. I went 17-3 with it. Gyarados works with both waterfall and dragon breath. Just depends on what u want it for

If you don’t have a ticket to LV Hoenn Tour, and do a raid, you WILL NOT get any legacy moves or energy. You’ll only get it on the global tour, if you have everything though, then I guess you got shafted hard. But one way to find out really.
