IMO shadow claw is overall better in terms of matchup wins and consistency but psycho cut is better in shields up scenario, more like a sweeper role, like you could see against uewaxod so shadow claw is generally better but there's definetely a case for psycho cut if you're looking for a sweeper. I have always believed that PoGo combines the features of different games - strategy, like in chess, reaction, like in tennis, and the ability to deceive your opponent. Like in poker. I don't really respect players who play strictly according to templates, guides and recommendations. It's just boring. I myself always strive to look for something extraordinary, something that has not been tried before. And when I find it, I get maximum fun and excellent results. Much better than if I played like a bot, according to a memorized pattern that three million other players play according to.
