When chaps become hard to put on, try buckling them in front, then turn them around to back side, then snap the leg straps. You should put temp forward stops on your forks, if someday you dont pay attention, a log can roll back on your tractor and cause a life changing event.. So theres someone besides me have that has bad luck, if it wern't for bad luck we'd have no luck at all. Maybe those woods was a field 100 years ago and the fork was left by a farmer, possibly great grand dad, and you just happen to find it, maybe theres a reward for finding it, just have to wait for next life to collect it....... 10 years ago I just put brand tires fully loaded ,on my L3400 tractor, few days later my son broke valve stem on one of the rears, luckily he wasn't very far in woods and was able to back his pickup to the tractor. A week later I made bolt-on valve stem protectors..........
