Make sure the cabinet for the washer is extra sturdy so it doesn't cuchi cuchi like Charo when it's on the spin cycle.

I agree, but that's even smaller than the laminate one and the washing machine is just too big unfortunately. It's quite interesting, the laminate one is a frame over the older one. I wonder what happened to the original cupboard doors and draw fronts as the ones you can see here are the old ones not the old old ones xx
