check your supplements for fillers. to remove glyphosate: "Glyphosate is an analog of the amino acid glycine. 1 It attaches in places where you need glycine. Importantly, glycine is used up in the detoxification process, hence many of us do not have enough glycine for efficient detoxification. To eliminate glyphosate, you need to saturate your body with glycine. Klinghardt recommends taking 1 teaspoon (4 grams) of glycine powder twice a day for a few weeks and then lower the dose to one-fourth teaspoon (1 gram) twice a day. This forces the glyphosate out of your system, allowing it to be eliminated through your urine. I personally have been taking 1 gram twice a day for some time now. The glycine is inexpensive and actually tastes sweet. Ideally it is best to take it around the time you are eating food that might be contaminated with glyphosate." Analysis by Dr. Joseph Mercola June 02, 2024

I am glad you guys are open about this issue, so more and more people can find out about this and get their health and beauty back. I have been on the same journey and can see huge changes in my body, energy level has gone up at least 50%, skin looks better - much cleaner and redness is gone, no more dandruff (was big issue for me), I have noticed some hair regrowth on forehead on each side. I sleep better and can tolerate heat much easier. Digestion is so much better. In last two months I have lost 20 pounds of undesirable fat. And all I did is eliminated all non-organic food from my diet including going out to restaurants and even eating in friends and family's houses who has non-organic diet. Even little amount of herbicides - glyphosate can do a lot of damage to many of our bodies systems. One very valuable resource for my studies was Doctor Stephanie Seneff - I would recommend this podcast that was filmed by Dr. Wendy Myers -*** Glyphosate and How to Detox It with Dr. Stephanie Seneff *** Blessings!!!

I have been on so many diets for the past 50 years. Every day I was sicker and fatter. I had to have a cane to get to the bathroom. The nursing home was where I was headed. On KZbin, I found videos and realized I had lipedema (I had never heard of it before, yet 10% of females that can't lose weight have it). To combat the lipedema, I went on a carnivore diet. Within days, I was walking without a cane. My inflammation was gone. No kidneystone, gout, or knee pain. I could lift my legs! I also lost 30 pounds in 90 days while always feeling full. My doctor was so pleased with my blood work. I must admit that I never mentioned Dr Ken Berry's BBB&E Carnivore diet. I just told her that I had given up seed oils (Google how they are processed and you will, too), sugar (it's a killer), gluten and processed foods (massed produced with chemicals, cheap nonfood items), and high oxalate vegetables ( it never occurred to me that all those potatoes, Swiss chard and spinach was causing me pain -- Sally K Norton's Toxic Superfoods book). My Dr just smiled and told me to continue eating my new way. She assumed I was finally eating the Standard American Diet. I wasn't anymore. I had tried her way for 50 years with terrible results. Her diet was killing me. So glad that God led me to Carnivore. God didn't make me to hobble with a cane, He made me to dance!!!!

"I'm top of my class" - I get it. I grew up across a factory where multiple toxins/chemicals/heavy metals ended up in our water (EPA verified in the late 1980s). One of 8 children, all of us have had issues. In February, I was tested. I have 11 heavy metals that have me in the high-danger zone, with Mercury as the absolute worse off the charts. Similarly to your story on the weight and how you eat... I am 5 months in and just had a follow up a few weeks ago. The update is "keep doing what you are doing, we aren't going to see significant changes for a while, you've had this is your system your entire life" - now 59.5 years old. I am looking forward to a report - toxins are now out of your body.

There’s two types of detox, ridding toxins from our structured water and from fat cells which is where most of the chemicals are stored. The fat cells are harder to detox but plenty of info out there once you start. Chlorine|dioxide restores cell health by introducing oxygen and plant based turpentine expels the nasties from fat cells? Fruit juice fasts are perfect for the rest. New biology clinic has the info as does self heal by design

I too have been going thru a massive detox of my own, primarily of glyphosate and diesel fuel elimination over the last 2 years. I too couldnt afford a doctor to help me through it, but i did have a naturopath doc in past that helped me learn alot. Ive used so many tools on this journey, and each person is different, so its complex to just explain. Glycine supplementation ( or GlyNAC ) is even better, but one must be careful because you can take too much and detox too quickly and be overwhelmed. Binders must be used during the process, internally, bath soaks, foot soaks, topical sprays, etc. Even in enemas, its helpful. She may have the MTFHR genetic defect, which makes it hard to detoxify anything. Take methylfolate to overcome that. I intend to write a practical handbook to help folks, because i have learned so much on how to do the detox fromthe comfort of our homes, while learning so much from youtube university and a multitude of journal articles along the way.

I've been diligent in as organic gardening as I possibly can for a couple of years now. But regardless of how hard and as careful I am, I keep hearing how bad the rain water is or the micro plastics in the air or even the stuff they spray on organic food etc for preservation. It's overwhelming. And heartbreaking that so many are oblivious, most by choice. No wonder so many are dying of cancer or have chronicle illnesses. Yes, we need an advocate to head to the capital to plead for it to be stopped. To stop killing and making us ill. Please continue to keep us informed of your progress. May God bless you all.

Josh and Caroline, thank you so much for sharing this private medical information as you navigate this. It's helpful and several in my family are navigating different health issues that I believe will all end up being gut microbiome and toxin related. With the chicken feed, consider that the levels in the feed may be magnified in your eggs and meat. The chickens are eating this feed every day, so it stands to reason that their levels will be higher than the feed's levels, then amplified again in you as you eat the eggs and chicken meat. Now you said you aren't eating that much chicken and eggs, but if the levels are higher in the chicken meat and eggs, you might want to test there next.

It makes sense, that if you have it in your chicken feed, the eggs would have it in them and the yolk is where the fat is, and potentially the glyphosate. And even the chicken manure. I noticed while I am researching feed for my future chickens that many have the soybean in it. That would be the worst culprit since most soybean in US is still being sprayed with Roundup to kill weeds. God Bless you both on this journey! Thank you so much for sharing it with us! Along with the detox, maybe specify if you still have your gallbladder. I had to have mine out, it seems to be genetic in my family, but because of that I have to do detoxes very slow and careful. And I didn’t know that as the doctor and surgeon never said anything. It wasn’t until I talking to a dear friend who is very knowledgeable in herbalism and real nutrition that it came up. If you do a detox with no gallbladder you can strain your liver and cause liver problems. Something worth mentioning.

Thanks for sharing. You may already be aware of this, however, I would mention that the detox protocol may not actually go into the fat cells and neutralize the toxin or pull it out of the cell. At some point you will need to burn the fat cells while you are doing the detox protocol so that the toxins are neutralized and or wrapped by the detoxing protocol and escorted out of your body. A proper detox protocol will also support your bodies organs and boost your natural detoxing systems. Take care and may God bless you and your family.

Hair products ,makeup, lotions and creams it’s quite Sad really what has been added to just about everything we put on and in our bodies.we watched a program about corn and found out it is in every isle in the grocery store.we also practice the 80/20 growing most of what we eat but never thought we would have to pick our toiletries carefully too. We are looking into other kinds of feed for our broilers and hens too before I saw your first video on the toxic test. Now I am convinced We must make a change. Thank you for being so transparent we will all get through this together.Lord bless KT

WOW ! , sorry that you are going through this ...especially when you have a healthy lifestyle. What about your children ?? Good sleuthing and keeping positive . Wow, poor chickens getting toxic food. It is sad that chemicals are sprayed everywhere without thought !!! Good job on this toxin trail which we certainly all have , sadly in this day and age. My dog eats a lot of chicken, but does get sick every now and then which is sad as I prepare mostly garden vegetables and store bought chicken. Thanks for sharing !!!!

I have chickens and have the same problem with finding quality organic feed in Alaska since we cant grow the crops that chicken feed us made from here. My options are limited. I’m sure you really don’t want to but it’s a matter of health and safety for us with our own flock that depend on them for food. Thank you and praying it all get sorted out.

I am so so sorry you all are dealing with this. I appreciate that you are sharing your story publicly and bringing awareness to this issue. If you two have this in your system, I fear for the rest of us. I have a big garden (no-spray not even organic pesticides) and we buy our meats from local farmers but we also eat out at restaurants and rely on the grocery store for dairy, dry goods, etc. If I have glyphosate, I don't even know what kind of changes I could possibly make. I already do what I can do on my little patch of land.

FEEDING SKIM MILK TO PIGS : First, I am not a farmer, but I have read that you can feed skim milk directly to pigs. So, not only can you use skim milk to soak their feed, they can drink the skim milk directly. And skim milk (as opposed to whole milk) fattens the piglets very efficiently.

Caroline, I take my extra milk, after the cream has been removed and put it in the freeze dryer trays- in the freezer. Then I do freeze dry it. Honey, you might not need that milk today, but if you decide to dry up your girls, to breed them, again. You will have your milk!! I'm loving it! Plus, it works out beautiful to make mashers, and in any bread recipes. It takes about 6 to 8 hours for me, when it's frozen going into the dryer. Give it a shot!

Carolyn, I think this is maybe why I am also dealing with. My Dr's have said the same thing. That my eating habits are good. We don't yet raise our own beef or pork, but we do raise our own chicken and summer veggies. The rest of the year we eat organically... I would be very interested in finding the detox process. I did check on the test link Josh gave out and it's out of our range price wise. Looking forward to seeing you at the conference in a couple of weeks!

Thank you for sharing this journey with everyone! Glad you found some answers and praying you can be healed from the toxins. A few questions I have - Do you go out to eat at all? If so, how often? What about to friends and families houses for dinner that may not be organic? I know most of your food is organic, but is all of it? As you share your journey, I am hoping to learn what you will be doing to detox and then avoid getting high levels again in the future. I have had my own health journey and am not curious if I have a high toxin load. We raise a lot of our own food, but aren't 100%. We try to do organic when we can but we also go out to eat more than we should and are working on cutting back on that.

Look for something that includes zeolite and/or fulvic and humic acid. Those are the best and generally only bind to the bad stuff. They're gentle and don't tend to give bad Herx symptoms. I'm also fighting Lyme, so mine is more heavy duty than the kids'.
