@@pr9764 So far it's just been the outer band and the worst hasn't made landfall yet. It stalled and now its coming in tonight. I don't like storms at night because I can't see whats happening. We've had a lot of rain from this already and they say 6 to 10 inches of rain is possible.

Maybe you made this video before you decided to change your diet. I mentioned before that we have very similar health issues and sub sandwiches are a huge no-no for fatty liver. It’s so hard since sandwiches are also a favorite of mine! I have found most sandwich places will make your sub into a sandwich for you if you ask. Still not great because deli meats and cheeses are poisonous to us but at least it removes the bread. Looks like a fun day though. Be careful on your diet/lifestyle “cheats” as they feed our food addiction and make it harder on us. Keep the carbs down helps make it easier.

I love ephemera, so I'm picking up the Retro Housewife book too. I'm due for a Dollar Tree visit and I love the yellow and red folders too. I'm always printing out free printables of household chores and schedules and then they get lost in the shuffle, so a binder is the way to go. Thanks for the idea!

Day out with the girls looked like fun. I noticed you passed a farm with 4, if I remember right, silos. Was good to see because it means there are still some working farms. They don’t pay farmers near enough. Some people still think their food and mill comes from the grocery store. 🤣🤣 anyway… you need to take out more time for yourself to relax. When we lived in Mount Vernon Mo we often saw horse and buggy which we loved. Our dog liked seeing the horses too. You are so blessed to be having days like that with your daughters and granddaughter. What a blessed day for sure! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I’m glad you’re out and feeling better. You need to do that more often you need to relax more and pamper yourself more and once in a while, maybe you could do it twice a month and don’t cook. lol maybe go get a hamburger get a pizza or maybe have your husband cook but you really need to do that because you’re going on 60 I’m 62 and you really need to do that. It’s gonna catch up with you if you don’t.
