im so happy that there are people that have patience and dedication in such work like..here in the philippines most of technician dont recommend this..because its time consuming and they wont earn more money..and they suggest expensive option such replacing the whole armature or rewinding all of it..so sad in my countrymen😔😔

Muy buena idea...le agregaria que deberias degastar ese rotor girando sobre su eje o posicionado en su tapa de motor asi no queda con deformidades al girar o pequeños saltos , ya que si queda asi tendrias problemas con el cambio constante de carbones!

А вы попробуйте, поймете потом, почему он включал мотор кратковременно )))) Внутри коллекторов электроинструмента, якоря которых вращаются со значительной скоростью, есть бандажные кольца. Поскольку, две ламели на якоре в видео вылетели, вследствие перегрева, вызванного обрывом цепи обмотки, бандаж был из стекловолокна. Прогорел и отпустил ламели. Та же участь постигнет и это эпоксидно-проволочное рукоделие. Про правку коллектора на шлифовальном круге - просто боль)))

Para un vídeo creo que está muy bien y muy creativo pero hay dos aspectos a tener en cuenta a la hora de trabajar con un colector y máxime cuando se trabaja con un equipo de potencia como el que se precenta.Primero los colectores no se rectifican a lijas por muy cuidadoso que se haga no queda casi perfecto como si lo hiciera en un torno que es donde realmente se hace porque no puede haber ningún tipo salto cuando el carbón pasa por esas drogas pegadas .Por otra parte las drogas no se Soldán por dos razones una la temperatura que genera el propio colector y la fuerza centrífuga el estaño no resiste y se despega no quiero criticar en lo más mínimo pero esos detalles técnicos no se pueden obviar a la hora de hacer este tipo de trabajo

Nada que ver, yo hice algo parecido en un taladro y lo afine y probé la vibración y quedó excelente, hacer con más precisión, solo si se construye un motor para cohetes espaciales.
