That is absolutely gorgeous and my next project! I happen to know, however, that the batteries in both of those lights don't last long so to make frequent battery changes easier, I might put hinges on one side of the 'top' frame and a small latch hook on the other for the ease of opening the light box when it's time to change. Also, the velcro strips on the bottoms of the fairy light battery boxes will make it easier to pull them in and out for changing the batteries also, instead of gluing them down.

This turned out great! Thank you. I did modify though. Instead of using glue on the front. I found some very small hedges and little hooks so could open and close the front to change the batteries.

I would use command velcro strips to attach battery pack for fairy lights. That way you can change batteries easily.

You can find those gold placemats on Temu @ 6 for $9 something… no shipping fee if your order is $10. Hind sight .... 🤔maybe try gluing the place mat to the frame and then cutting. Also maybe try command strips for the battery pack rather than glue. Awesome concept, nice work!👍🏽 Thanks for the video😊

I have made different wall sconces, and instead of gluing them down, I used Velcro so I can just pull them off, change the batteries, and stick them back down... just an idea.

This is pretty interesting,i have to say. I have those stick on DTree LED lights, and can say they are really bright for what they are (single led) This would make a cool night light for a bathroom or hallway or stairs. Using a DTree solar yard LED could be wired out a window for automatic solar charging if this example was used in the right area of the home.
