omg wait why are there so many similarities between us it’s wild !! but anyway i hurt my left wrist around the same time you did and thought it was carpal tunnel or a pinched nerve or tendinitis or just broken or whatever but that brace is going to help so much ! plus icing and heating it when my thumb mobility got really bad was a life saver, i got one of those gel pack ice packs that can be microwaved for heat. i needed something that would isolate my thumb so it wouldn’t move and also wearing it at night ( if you can ) helped speed up the recovery process. i hope you had a lovely time with your family and that your wrist heals quickly ! ❤

Don't apologize for the vlog length. We're happy to get a vlog of any length. yep, "the coffee from your parents hits differently". dad's deceased but mum has all the professional machines etc at her place - a huge cold brew drip and an espresso machine . One of my brothers owns a couple of cafes and he orders them for her wholesale. I just have an espresso machine, which suits me just fine as I don't drink cold brew in any case..
