Although it’s not my favourite aesthetic I love that it’s not cookie cutter and soulless. Another thing I love is that she’s kept a lot of the original features and has a contagious nostalgia for the property’s history. It’s very unique and an expression of herself, I thoroughly enjoyed the tour.

That was the best 50 minutes ever spent. It's great to see the real Margaret. Her home is beautiful. I love historic houses too and dabble a bit in antiques. I'm from Homer, NY, Home of David Harum. It's the village that has the most historical homes on the East Coast. My Dad refinished antique furniture when I was growing up. We would also go to auctions and estate sales here in the Finger Lakes Region of NY State. Thanks for showing your beautiful home. Have a Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year
