I take it the interior was fully gutted. I didn't see much for insulation and only the mains for electrical. Sure comes down faster than they go up.

In the video it shows the mold growing on the left gable. This is why we should paint our houses every 5 years whether it needs it or not. And NOT is not a suggestion.

It wouldn’t be destroyed whitout a reason. Most likely the structure was unstable and the house wasn’t safe, but they will probably just have a new house build
