Tama ka Father. Sin makes you unhappy and i felt guilty kasi im a cumpulsive liar i have to admit that. Nakakapag lie ako to cover up something so i wont disappoint other people im not a bad person i have this habit of lying instead of telling the truth and i want a healing

Thank you Father Jerry for this blessed homily and thank you for your kind advised, yes, it's truly hard to love those who are unkind, uncaring, unlovable most especially for those who hurt us the most, forgiveness is indeed a journey ....a time to process the hurt, anger, resentments....time that we don't even want to feel to forgive.... until we come to the period of letting go....releasing the pain, and trying to heal our hearts & mind that hurtful words that almost destroyed us but thank God He was so present and loving during our time of hurts & pains, we embraced God's love & His divine grace until we learnt to forgive....it doesn't mean, we forgive, and forget, cuz it develop a scar, there's a mark on it that never fade away, but when we remember Jesus promises, that when we repent He won't lists a record of wrongs, that makes us feel better and forgiven the same way, we try to learn His ways of forgiveness. May I learn my journey of forgiveness in my healing & restoration, with a warm heart that is full of love , hope, and peace. In Jesus Name, I pray, Amen🙏
