I feel like vampire Lord's are only good when you got a ton of them, low stacks are weak and barely do any dmg

yeah, you are right, although it’s very important to protect them and use them wisely. They can’t fight against 3 or 4 force at the same time. Maybe vampires should have won if the AI would protected them well (maybe one haste to dispel slow and attack fastly to crusaders because they do triple damage to undead)

You could have saved so many troops but you did so many mistakes (blocking your archers when vamp attacked you, bad timing for casting spells, not protecting enough the archers,…). This was a disaster 😂

😀 After watching that painful memory. I remember that my aim was to slow the vampires, prevent the liches and orcs from attacking my archers by sacrificing my champions. I wanted to draw the vampires away from the archers with the champions. But it backfired. Then everything else was improvisation. Oh well.
