Homologous series has enabled scientists and engineers to study different organic compounds in a systematic manner. They can predict the properties of organic compounds belonging to a particular homologous series based on the data available from the other members of the same series. The higher m. P. And b.p. Of higher homologs is due to higher molecular weight. Bonds are not broken during melting and boiling. This way of explaining is incorrect. Pl change this aspect. Otherwise it is good.
