NHRC is there with SC Judges to understand their job as Human Rights experts which includes Fundamental Rights too. But they don't know their job. High Court & Supreme Court judges also have no idea what these rights are. Then what's all this law about ? U people in the legal profession have no idea whatsoever how criminal it is for u to choose a profession as explosive as law and get away with misinterpretation of this explosive profession with complete impunity. The whole judiciary has no idea that u have Terrorists sitting in the Bar & Benches with complete impunity making fun out of the law. How is the citizen (common-man) of a democratic country supposed to make out the head or tail of these lectures if he cannot get justice over a 5-Minute-Case for 25 Years ? At least u judicial people must understand ur own hypocracies. If u analyse the law like this - like a fragile piece of glass - an artwork, then how come ur judges & lawyers can operate freely like bulls in a glass-house ? It's really amazing how much difference there is between the Book & it's Interpreters in practical terms. There is Zero relation between the Book & the manner in which ur Judiciary is operating. How can u have lawyers who can't even write one sentence correct ly, who do even not respond to any basic application from a Litigant for years together & who join together on both sides of the rostrum in a wink-wink relationship to fool the hell out of the Law-Book & and get away for decades awaiting the death of their "Joint-Victim", & the courts fully co-operate in this Capital-Criminality ?? Pl let there be some relationship between ground realities & the teachings of eminent scholars .... Alternatively go in for AI Legal Profession whereby any Litigant who wants to stand in a court of law refers to the AI Lawyer & asks the AI Lawyer to spk for his basic 5 Minute-Problem & seal the fates of clever & corrupt lawyers forever in 5 Minutes rather than suffer a labyrinthine merry go round is trial, appeal, SLPs & back, & on & on till he dies ... I'm shocked by the utter mismatch between the fineness of the Law-Books & the Utter-Hypocricy of its operators - the bar-benches ...
