I think that you mean Micro, but it's a short cut, not a hot-key - B > R > R (bottle), he was near the jungle shop which opened the limited shop items to heals and dusts and smokes if you want dust from the normal shop - B > R > S (dust)

@@MrCel1000 that's not a bottle thing, it depends on the slot (ALT + Q - ALT + W etc...) and if you watch the video, he did have a "short cut" for it, he used it many times with a "short cut"

the bottle is not just for "you". It forces you to take rune control, which helps your mid and hurts theirs

Its faster to farm on hellbourne before you start going for ancients. Since you can attack both hardcamps at the same time
