For all opinions, I request people always to make research on Parliament budget allocations. Former speakers were awarded cars and other benefits and the same budget had LOP benefits inclusive, Mpuuga then was the LOP and people are too quiet on other beneficiaries. Why why??? Mpuuga's award was legit like others beneficiaries and our MPs should focus on other developmental bills for the country.
