I just wonder did you price out the price on a new Pump?
@BEARDEDYAKIN2 жыл бұрын
The strap pumps were no longer available.. so I would have spent $250 for new pump then another $60 for the shaft adapter and keyway..

Hi Bearded Yakin. I watched your whole series on repairing the Honda 2600 psi pressure washer. It was well done and easy to follow. Well, I have an identical pressure washer (deVilbiss model# D28704) that seems to have a malfunctioning unloader valve. Here's what it does: I start the engine and it runs great, but briefly after I turn on the water supply, the pump bogs down the engine to the point of stalling. I believe the unloader valve is not providing the high pressure bypass. Does this sound reasonable? Well anyway, I sheared off the original unloader trying to remove it, so now I have a brass stub stuck in the port. I think I can get it out without damaging the threads, but a replacement unloader is no longer available anywhere (P/N D29540). Is there any chance you have one among your spare parts? Would you be willing to ship it to me if I cover the shipping cost and a reasonable price for the valve? If you can help me out, please text to 443-201-6868. Thanks, Tom
