Everything was good, I would say excellent but if I were you I would have certainly cleaned the belt assembly. What you have done is "Mutton banao aur usme dhhool daldo". But your tyle of explaining and attention to details are praiseworthy. Many people skip the details. If one minor step is missed , whole work gets struck up, my experience says.

Sir the kick system in Activa is the worst technology of Honda. I think the whole technology of Honda is not good. The plug is also in a very wrong position.

प्रभु आप कुछ तो सही वैज्ञानिक तरीके से नहीं कर रहे हो? ......सबसे पहले तो मैं ये बता दूँ कि मैं किस हैसियत से आपको ये कह रहा हूँ,,,मैं एक जहाजों के तकनीशियनों को प्रशिक्षण देने का काम करता हूँ. ये काम मैं 25 वर्षों से कर रहा हूं. ...... एक तो आप अगर किक को पहले न निकालते तो उससे थोड़ा हिला के अंदर के quick release को आराम से बाहर निकाल सकते थे, भले ही ये जाम था.....दूसरा आपने circlip को पूरा बाहर न निकाल के spindle को ठोकना शुरु कर दिया? पहले proper circlip extractor से circlip को पूरा बाहर निकालें फिर ठोकें....और ये होता है. चलो जो भी हो, मैं आपके बहुत वीडियो देखता हूँ लेकिन इसे देखकर थोड़ी निराशा हुयी कि आप जनता को थोड़ा सही बात नहीं बता रहे हो..जबकि आप तो बहुत ईमानदार और गुणवत्तापूर्ण वीडियो डालते हो.
