I have a Honda Dio 110 scooter. It has an oil drain hole and a filter. like this scooter. if you need to clean the filter according to the manual, I do not drain the oil from another hole, only from the filter. why do two jobs?

4000 miles seems ridiculous, my 2011 pcx125 service manual says 5000. I'll be changing every 1000-1500 miles...oil is cheap
