I hit a top speed of 67 on a slight decline but not before my GoPro decided to fall off. It was also very very windy and I was getting blown all over the road. I will make a video of top speed when the weather opens up. I'm really hoping for 70 but as of right now, it doesn't look like that's going to happen.

Don’t buy a scooter expecting it to be a crotch rocket. Use as intended without modifications will give many trouble free years of maintenance free service. I just traded my 2009 Yamaha Vino 125 with over 11,000 trouble free miles and it was air-cooled. Use As intended Is The Key👍

Just purchased a New Honda 2022 Red ADV 150 . This scooter is fantastic in every way imaginable 0-45 MPH very smooth and responsive. Being the engine is water-cooled should give many years of trouble free riding. Break -In period is the responsible thing to do If long time ownership is expected. Change oil every 1,000 miles or less with quality oil as it only needs one quart. I have been varying speed during break -in period and have achieved up to 63 mph so far. Weighing in at 220 lbs. I am more than satisfied at this time. This is a very nice scooter that lives up to its full potential as designed. Do not modify, enjoy it for what it is.👍👍😀

I have 3 dealers near me, all of them have received only one, and were sold before they got them. Looks like Honda has a hit on their hands, and just like Honda, they will not be able to stock them and strike when the iron is hot. They will be in stock just in time for the snow.

Honda and most manufactures of scooters Build in a LOT of excess slippage into the clutch, I think this is for New riders. The key is to remove most of the clutch slip and go with Lighter pulley weights and this makes for a different bike. I would do some Clutch work, Lighter Dr sliders weights, and get their clutch shoes and springs, so that the slipping away from a stop is almost completely eliminated. The Dr slider weights will also increase top speed by a few MPH. I have a couple Silver wing 600 Scoots, I modded their clutch springs and lighter pulley weights, and my bikes are significantly faster than stock. As the clutches lockup much earlier in the rpm range like right off of idle, and they launch, better fuel economy and higher top end and lower cruising engine RPM which mean better fuel economy. If i had that bike which i may, I would put on it some 1. Grip Puppies for more hand comfort. 2. a Throttle Lock style cruise control. 3. a Cramp Buster. And 4. a shield over the speedo to shield the sun light off of it, so it would be better visible in full sun.

Believe it or not, it's in upstate NY! Some spots can actually be nice if you like country side. It's decently cheap to live here as well...The only reason why "NY" is expensive to live is because of the city. Once you get into upstate, it's actually very cheap. I pay 4k in taxes on 5 acres of land on a 3bd 3br house (roughly 2150 sqft home). Ny sucks though, as a whole. I can't wait to retire and move out I've also been to WV. Beautiful scenery. Been offroading on the Hattfield/MCcoy trails a few times. Beautiful scenery out there and love the slow way of life. I plan on going back and offroading spruce knob and the surrounding areas

Not for highway use. Legally highway motors must be 150cc, 250cc in some states. 4 stroke engines do not like to be run at max speed for prolonged distances, learned that first hand. The last thing you want it to be maxed out with a truck approaching behind you at 70mph.

Some people say that U should Buy Nmax 155 or Xmax 300. But for. Me ADV150 is the best Choice. Because Yamaha Nmax has a big Flaw on their Nmax Unit. Even it is hot sail on asian countries... Yamaha engine has life expentancy of 24 months to 1.5 years after your warranty. PISTONS on engine weardown fast because of the Distribution packet on small size engine... Not cool dude... Unlike ADV150 is for Rough Ride all terrain weather and has a good turning Circle in test Drive and Crash test.

Correct. There's no idle stop on the US version. It has a kill switch instead. It's going good. Have to do my first oil change soon. I'm pretty sure it's the same as a pcx 150 oil change. 1 quart and no oil filter, just an oil screen that you clean. Super easy

@sofianmisadi3879 4 жыл бұрын
MemphisR24 for the oil change it is around 0.84 US quart, as per the user’s manual. I use metric, so it’s 800ml. Although i must admit that the PCX 150 service manual states that it’s actually 900ml (1 US Quart) after oil strainer removal, i’ve never had to fill past 800ml for the ADV 150.
