Honda ATC110/140 Swap Update(Now Owned by Junkyard Digs Youtube Channel)

Quick update on the Honda ATC110/140 engine swap we have been working on. It's for sure going to be a fun machine once its done, just have to wait on more parts to show up.

The 125 chassis is slightly different then the 110 chassis. A lot of people say it isn't but measurements don't lie.

you shouldn't have sold it to junkyard digs because it now sits in his storage unit with the rest of his trikes for many years to come I seen it in his collab with cars and cameras trike revival video it's still sitting to this day

Hi cool build good info also were about do you live I build a front kit for this type of forks to change the front hub/axle and wheel and tires and add a disc brake and I can do front suspension too I also do a rear bolt on swingarm suspension kit too also to change a 90-110-125m into a two wheeler so if you know any one around you let them know I also do a kit for the 185 thru 200x fat cat two wheelers kit and A Honda 250sx two wheeler kit email me on this if this is some thing you might want to look into or any one else thanks.

Just bought an electric start 125 for my 70 hopfully the engine will fit a bit better when I got it the trike had a Honda c90 engine which fit there

CXDD _ The kit that I ordered from TboltUSA had everything I needed. Came with harness and cdi box. I had to use the tboltusa kill switch as I could not make the factory one work without cutting and hacking. I personally would not suggest this swap, I would go with the 110/125 swap, the 140 has just slightly different dimensions and is more of a pain in the buff then what it’s worth, however it is fun as hell with that much power in a small chassis.

What year did the 450 hubs come off of? And was it a trx 450 or??

Specifically they were just marked generic 400ex/450r hubs. I don’t have this anymore or I’d give you measurements. Kevin from the Junkyard Digs KZbin channel bought it.

Wanna do this to my 125m can you kick it over

Have to remove the plastics to kick it and it barley fits in between the frame and wheels. I even had offset wheels on this and it barely worked.

You will need wheel spacers I just did it to my 125m and don’t have the spacers on yet and can still kick it over. Just have to lift the seat up
