Having ridden both 390 Duke and 300F, I can say that the Honda is smoother than 390 only at low speeds ( lesser than 4.5k rpm) and has lot of vibrations past 7k rpm, which is lot more than the Duke. But the 390's engine buzz is constant through out the rev band from 2k to 10k rpm 🔥

7:45 I can't agree with you on that , i own a hornet 160 carburettor model 2017 January......its been almost 8 yrs old i was considering an upgrade and i reached out a big wing dealer with my hornet and test driven the CB300F the amount of vibrations i got from that motorcycle is very unhonda like even from 1st gear it vibrates like shit compared to my hornet(I don't know that test ride vehicle isn't maintained well by that big wing dealer),i like the seats,the smooth gear shifts,vry light clutch pull but not the engine......then i decided to try a Suzuki gixxer 250( situated just 500m away from that big wing) i felt the suzuki was creamy smooth and really packs a punch even though CB300F got better low end,i feel connected more towards gixxer 250 way more than CB300F mostly because of the engine refinement both handles really well, quality levels are similar

Best cruising speed of cb 300 f in highways. 3. You have ridden 2024 KTM 250. How is the engine out of Ktm 250 vs CB 300r and CB 300f which one do you suggest. Thanks in advance for the reply bro. I have subscribed ur channel 😊
@motowristsly3 ай бұрын
@@santosh.gkumar5756 best vfm bike is cb300f hands down. It is lightweight and very easy to handle in city with superior pickup. Cb300r is the more agile and powerful version with liquid cooling engine so expect lesser mileage. Both cb300f and r perform extremely well in city traffic but as a commuter u would want better mileage so cb300f takes the spot. Also there is less stress on the engine because of oil cooling so u can ride longer distances with lesser stops. Cb300r and duke would meed cooling down time every 200kms. Cb300f can go 300-400 kms without any halt. Duke 250 and cb300r have similar engines but overall pickup, performance and reliability honda bikes is better and build quality os much much better than ktm especially suspension and brakes. Overall both hondas are good but u need to choose vfm or performance. Hope this helped 🫶🫶
