If you don't want to watch another 26 minute video to get a 5 second explanation, I'll take a wild guess for you. Judging by the sudden decel as he came out of the corner, the speed at which the 2 guys behind plowed into the back of him, & the fact that he wasn't able to continue afterward - I'd say the engine quit. Update: Look at around the 6 minute mark on the other video for the explanation.

It was a loaner bike, normally has a quickshifter when hired out for track days. The NL race regs don't allow QS, so had been disconnected. The resulting wiring changes caused an electrical issue and cut the motor dead. Was intermittent fault so fired straight back up after the incident.
