Prachtige video's! Ik hou van de rustige stijl. Ik heb zelf 2 jaar geleden een Honda CB 500 x gekocht en wil geleidelijk aan meer en meer onderhoud zelf doen. Deze video's zijn superhandig. De olie en filter heb ik net zelf vervangen. De remvloeistof voor en achter is mijn volgende project.

Hi,Richard from Bristol UK here again.Do you have any tips on how to keep the break pad vibration spring which sits in the top of the rear caliper in place when changing the break pads.The job is so simple but I find the spring constantly drops out adding hours( and alot of bad language )to an easy job.The ledges inside the caliper seem useless .A friend of mine suggested adding extremely small spots if red rubber grease.Thanks Richard

Hello Old Mac. Yes I have the right parts so the dealer says but the same problem. I will take it to the local motorcycle mechanic today. I did change the seals in the brake caliper and the same problem. I will let you know what the problem is when they find it. On my way now. Thank you. Randy

Ik gebruik een spuit. Die troggel ik af van drugsgebruikers onder de brug. Heb ik het eigenlijk mee gehad. Ik zou graag weten waar je dergelijke flesjes met teutje kan bemachtigen. Dat van die drugsgebruikers is misschien niet helemaal correct.

Help! I changed my pads and even after bleeding the brakes 4 times and a month later the lever is stiff and creaky! Any ideas?

Maybe the pistons are stuck, carefully push them a bit out and clean them with a toothbrush 😉👍🏻👊🏻

Morning! I gave the caliper and pistons a good clean yesterday but to no avail. It is still rideable but compared to the clutch lever there needs to be more pressure and the lever creaks when pressed in slowly. However thanks for replying to my initial plea!
