I have to add info that most of riders do not know, they revised the Ram Air system +5% to HP at the wheel, and +5% better torqe delivery in the midrange.

Clutch lever should be replaced by a rear break lever. It would give us more control on breaking.

I've been saying this for years and all my buddies look at me like I have 2 heads. In a pure EV bike or an automatic, I want left and right hand brake levers.

taking the clutch out of the equation is the future... if the computer can do it better, there's no need to have it... you still have control over the gears... you just don't have the hassle of clutch...

I’m curious what the opinions of the masses will be for this when it comes to resale, whether the e-clutch model will have a sizeable advantage in that market. Hoping to test ride one at the weekend, see what all the fuss is about!

Maybe its just because i started with bikes less technology but even today I prefer not to use quickshifter. Not that I will ever be as good as quickshifter or eclutch but when I blip or rev match perfectly I feel I have accomplished something :p

Every CB/CBR 650 Models doesn't have e-Gas/drive by Wire, so it can't have a Blipper Function. Only the 2024 e-Clutch Model can Up and Downshifting without use the Clutchlever.

I'm not 100% but I can't see any reason why not, the dealership suggested that the system is likely to become more mainstream across the model range moving forward.

At the current time, NO, it is not available in the USA.

Not currently, but Honda North America often gets new models and updates after the rest of the world does, so we may see this as a 2025 model.

The E-Clutch looks like a great system, though I suspect the clutch lever will disappear in a few years, much like when electric starts first came in and bikes still a back-up kick start. I suffered a pretty serious hand injury some years ago, so clutches have always been a bit of a challenge for me. In fact, I had to pass on a couple of purchases simply because I couldn’t manage the clutch. Well done Honda!

If the clutch levers go away, I think they should start replacing it with a left-hand rear brake lever. I ride electric dirt bikes, and the LHRB is superior to the foot brake once you get used to it. You can always keep your feet in an optimal position on the footpegs, and you have so much more control with trail braking as you enter a corner.

E-clutch goes up and down the gearbox without needing to use the clutch, but not an autmoatic gearbox? I don't get it.

The clutch is applied automatically, the rider is still in full control of the gears. It's a manual box on an automatic clutch. 👍

Fantastic review. One of the best and I've watched plenty. I've had the 2021 model and have a 2023 one now. Currently waiting for my 2024 with the e clutch. It's very much in demand and I'm hoping to take delivery in the next few weeks, having ordered it on the 10th May

Yeah cruise control would have been a nice option, I'm a huge fan of the e clutch though. Game changer for lazy city riding!
