Coming on great Andy, these jobs are never straight forward but worth it to see the bikes being useful again. The forks should pull out, they will be getting trapped by the internal nylon bushes.

Thanks m8 I have no idea what powder coating cost m8 these days. I know that I'm saving on parts that I normally would have replaced like the back rack and the front rack it's made the parts perfectly usable👍 as you know how expensive parts can be doing what we do the powder coating gun has basically paid for itself already on this project m8 👍I love my powder coating gun m8.

That was a good sign when you had to drag Tom off the bike! But yeah, it seems to be fighting you all the way. Not worked on those forks so can't help you there.

Hi m8 we are getting there now with it now. it would be no fun if it gave in easy it makes the end goal even sweeter and you forget all the frustrating time when you're riding it. Has for the front forks I can always come back to them at a later date they are working fine I just wanted to give them the once over thanks for watching mate it's appreciated👍

How’s tricks , I bought myself a realy nice Honda 400 super four ,mint all paperwork ,24 k wanted to own one for long time ,so while I have to ride a light bike she’ll do me till my leg break fixes itself ,you’ve had some strange bikes bro ,😅
